We're happy to help make this easy. To get started, log in to our order status portal HERE with your email and order number, then follow the steps. At the end, you'll be able to download your return label. Just print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

If you'd rather skip printing, USPS labels also offer a QR code option so you can simply scan and ship. If your return is generated with a different carrier and you don't see a QR code option, just email us and we'll be happy to send you a USPS label instead.

Here's what to expect from there: returns are processed within two to three business days once we receive your package. For exchanges, you'll get tracking updates by email as soon as your new item ships. Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within three to five business days, depending on your bank.
