How often and for how long should I wear it?Updated 2 days ago
As often as you comfortably can -- we recommend making it part of your daily routine. Start with about 2-3 hours a day, ideally in one continuous stretch, and gradually build up to 4-6 hours as your body adjusts.
Think of it like any kind of muscle training: consistency matters more than intensity. A steady couple of hours each day will do far more for your posture than a single long session here and there. As your postural muscles build strength and endurance, you'll naturally be able to wear it comfortably for longer.
One important note: if you wear it for a full day (6+ hours), take the next day off. Your postural muscles have been actively building new habits and, just like after a workout, they strengthen during recovery. That rest day is part of the process.
